The 59th Annual scientific meeting of Japan Society of Ningen Dock was held in August 30th and 31st in Niigata, Japan.

Thousands of medical specialists gathered and many studies were presented during the meeting.

Premier Heart exhibited MCG at the meeting and we thank many doctors and co-medical specialists who visited and listened to our presentation about MCG services.

Japan society of Ningen Dock is the largest organization for health checkup centers in Japan.

More than 4,000 doctors, nurses, and people related to medical entity will gather the meeting and have presentations and discussions about the health check up and preventive medicine.

Attended ASEAN Medical Devices CEO meeting in Tokyo

Premier Heart International(PHI) attended the ASEAN CEO Business Matching Meeting for Medical Device held  in Tokyo on 15-16 of March,2018.

PHI met a lot of good distributors from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan, and talked about sales, marketing and other business opportunities each other. This was really fruitful networking for everyone.

PHI will take advantage of these valuable opportunities for expanding MCG business into Asia.

MCG clinical case is reported in Malaysia

The MCG case report is published in the the issue of February of “MIMIS DOCTOR”, the famous trusted information source of health care in Malaysia and Asia.

The author, Dr.Ebrahim reported  a case that MCG score is low even the stenosis is  recognized by CTA. However in this patient, he also recognized collateral circulation supplying enough blood to the heart cell instead of the main vessel, which may affect the MCG score is low.

He concluded “Coronary artery computed tomography angiogram is currently used to assess coronary artery disease. Multifunction cardiogram is a new diagnostic tool in
cardiac care to detect microvascular and cellular function of the heart muscles.”

Presentation at ESC Acute Cardiovascular Care 2018

MCG clinical study was presented at ESC Acute Cardiovascular Care 2018 in March 3rd, in Milan, Italy.

This study was conducted in Myanmar, where the locations of the cath-lab are very limited.  MCG was compared with CAG, and it showed high sensitivity and specificity for the presence of severe CAD by CAG (≥ 75%).

By Author, it is evaluated as “MCG could be used for prompt detection of severe CAD in order to start appropriate (PCI/Optimal Medical Therapy) treatments in the emerging country such as Myanmar where less medical facilities and skills are available.”

innovation awards MCG won People’s Choice innovation award by popular audience vote at the AHA’s Philadelphia Heart Science Forum 2017.
More than 200 leaders in healthcare and technology joined together for the 2017 Heart Science Forum in Philadelphia to address the aims of the American Heart Association’s 2020 Impact Goal: to improve the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20 percent while reducing death from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20 percent by the year 2020.
Competitors in the AHA Heart Innovation Forum Challenge (philadelphiaheartscienceforum.com) were evaluated on scientific and technical merit, innovativeness, readiness, the potential to scale to serve the U.S. population, and potential impact. Presented by Emergency MCG’s Dr. Leigh Mack, the Multifunction Cardiogram won the Forum’s People’s Choice innovation award by popular audience vote.

MCG study was presented at the 20th TCTAP in Korea

At the 20th TCTAP (Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics Asia Pacific Summit),MCG study was adapted and presented in May,2015, at Seoul, Korea.

TCTAP is an medical conference in the Asian region where the latest basic and clinical research related to blood vessels and structural heart disease, as well as the latest interventional techniques are presented, discussed and reviewed.

The study was conducted by  Kakogawa Shimin Hospital,  and its title is “Comparison of a Two-Lead, Computerized, Resting ECG Signal Analysis Device, the Multifunction-CardioGram(MCG), to Coronary Angiography or MDCT, SPECT for the Detection of Relevant Coronary Artery Stenosis”

In this study, 95 patients were screened and the accuracy is 78.9%.It is concluded tat noninvasive MCG was very useful for screening.
